The HotSOS module allows the BlueSky Messaging System to connect to the HotSOS system from Amadeus and to dispatch messages and service order updates.

The HotSOS module allows users to log into phones connected to the BlueSky Messaging System using their HotSOS username. From there, any service order updates or messages directed or assigned to that user will be dispatched to the user’s phone.

Users can respond to messages, for example to start a task, stop a task, or complete a task. Responses are logged back to the HotSOS console for the logged in user.

All HotSOS logins and logouts, messages received from HotSOS, and responses sent back are logged in the BlueSky Messaging System’s built in messaging report and audit logs.
