Front of House

The BlueSky messaging system allows the user to control the type of ring/vibration a handset will make when receiving text, fire panel status or fire alarm messages.

Concierge can request porters simply, either via existing Hotel Management System or by utilising our ticket request system. Door Bells, Access requests – outputs from any or all of these systems can be linked directly to dect, wireless or desktop handsets, GSM handsets and email devices.

Bar & Kitchen Staff are assisted by Food Hygiene Systems that monitor fridges and freezers whilst temperatures in cellars or food preparation areas are monitored by the Building Management Systems again any outputs from any or all of these systems can be linked directly to dect, wireless or desktop handsets, GSM handsets and email devices.

Facilities Management

Maintenance

Maintenance Engineers can be immediately contacted by your existing maintenance management systems (BMS), Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC), network management system or alternatively can be fed work tickets by any authorised person, again our simple ticketing system can quickly record and request maintenance jobs to be performed, these can have varying levels of importance and criticality. Enabling speedy resolution and minimising customer disatisfaction. Any or all of these systems can be linked directly to dect, wireless or desktop handsets, GSM handsets and email devices.

Lone Worker

Within the BlueSky Wireless portfolio we have SoloTraxx a lone worker tracking solution based on dect wireless, wireless VoIP or desktop handsets. The system enables lone workers to register on the system then be tracked as they work. The system is completely configurable with automated contact to each lone worker, if a worker does not respond then the system alerts members of the first aid designated response team.

Point of Sale

Whether it’s a barrel change in the middle of a Friday night, a security alert, a request for more change, or stock then your EPoS system can send a message to any Bluesky Wireless endpoint.

Security

Your security system will output any alarms be them door sensors, camera alerts, panic buttons, etc. we can then turn specific cameras on based on the rules configured by yourselves, again any or all of these systems can be linked directly to dect, wireless or desktop handsets, GSM handsets and email devices.

Fire Alarms

Your existing fire alarm system will also output alarms which we record apply your rules and distribute messages based on the rules you have configured. Any or all of these systems can be linked directly to dect, wireless or desktop handsets GSM handsets and email devices.

Housekeeping

Utilising existing room handsets for recording maintenance requests, any repairs that have been identified can be reported by housekeeping, this module is utilised by our simple ticketing system as previously mentioned.
