What is Smart Console?
Smart Console is the smart way to alert and inform your individuals and teams of what’s happening, what resources are needed, where they need to be deployed and when. Smart Console is so intuitive and simple to use. Its calm process-driven approach eliminates miscommunication, and ensures the correct people are alerted. Smart Console can be used and managed from any location, including off-site and multi-site.
Smart Console allows staff to quickly and easily send out both pre-defined messages and ad hoc messages.
An emergency can be configured as either a text or a speech message. For text messages, the text may be pre-defined so the operator just clicks send.
The Fast Bleep option in the left hand sidebar allows staff to send out an ad hoc speech call to any configured destination.
The pre-defined messages are sent by clicking on “Emergency” in the left hand sidebar, then selecting one of the configured emergency buttons
For speech messages, a script can be pre-defined. The operator then clicks the “Start Recording” button and narrates the message to send.
The Page Call option in the left hand sidebar allows staff to send out an ad hoc text call to any configured destination.
The Smart Console can connect to multiple sites, allowing operators to dispatch site-specific calls. When an operator logs in, they simply select which site they need to dispatch a call for and they are then presented with their site-specific options.
